Procurement, tendering or contracts

Forming a partnership between the community and private sector will offer many benefits including increased economies of scale for procurement and there are many issues to consider to ensure that, as a partnership you ensure your procurement is as environmentally friendly as possible, uses local suppliers, is efficient and effective whilst complying with legal requirements and delivering to the requirements of each partner.

As a partnership you will be able to negotiate better deals and have more influence over your suppliers, you will also be able to expand the business that you put towards your existing suppliers.
