Closing or ending a project or organisation is never an easy decision. It will affect a wide range of people it, particularly those who have been directly involved or employed with the project or organisation. As these people are often the life-blood of the organisation or project, and may have worked on a voluntary or low paid basis, they will need to be a key consideration in your management of the closure.
