Contracts and tenders

If you are providing a service or product, or are in receipt of grant funds, you should have a written agreement to safeguard all parties. If you receive grants the agreement will set out what the funder requires from you.

A formal contract for supplying goods and services will be similar but may be more detailed with greater legal implications. However, this should not deter community waste organisations from tendering for contracts and for information on working with other organisations – please visit our partnerships section.

The links provided in this section will give you more information and help you get the right agreement or contract for your organisation or project.
