Getting started

The start up phase is always the most risky stage of any organisation. Getting your idea, which you are passionate about, and making it work in a business sense can be difficult, especially if you haven’t undertaken such a venture before.

This section looks at the issues that need to be considered during the start-up phase and gives links to the key areas that you will need to face in setting up a new project or organisation in the community waste sector.
