Measuring your success

It is important to measure and communicate your success.

Funding (e.g. contracts, grants and service level agreements) will have been offered with conditions and success criteria and you will be required to monitor and evaluate the progress of you work and report regularly.

Monitoring your work and measuring your success will also provide your organisation and future funders with information on your performance.

This section gives links to websites which provide information, advice and practical examples of how to measure your success as a community waste organisation or project.
