Registering your project
One of the key activities that must be undertaken before you start trading is to register your project or organisation. This involves stating the activities that you are going to undertake, what sort of organisation you will be, how you will operate, how you will handle profit and, of course, what you will be called.However, it is also sometimes necessary to re-register your project or organisation once you are up and running. This could be the case if you decided that you wanted not only to be a not-for-profit company but also a registered charity, or perhaps if you were diversifying your activities. In these instances you may need to re-register your activities, possibly change your name and your status.
