recruitment

Any organisation experiences times when new staff or volunteers have to be recruited, be it at the start, after current staff give notice, or because your business is expanding.

There are many considerations that have to be dealt with when taking on new staff and it is important that you get it right as the staff/volunteers can be the make or break of your project or organisation. For example: it is important that you consider the type of people you already have working for you and the type of people that you need and what they should have.

This section provides links to websites which cover the wide range of recruitment activities, from planning your staff team, advertising, job application packs, employment law, interviewing, induction, as well as how to integrate new staff into an existing team.
